Position Overview 
 
The Regional Trainer will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive safety, operations, and professional development training programs across multiple worksites within their region. This role requires a dual focus on program oversight and hands-on training delivery, ensuring training compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. The Regional Trainer will partner closely with local HR Managers and Regional HR Leaders, fostering collaboration to identify training needs, enhance effectiveness, and drive employee development. Additionally, this position will involve designing and delivering training via platforms such as Alchemy, UKG, and other cutting-edge systems, while traveling to assist with new worksite startups and key initiatives nationwide.  
 
This is not a remote position.  Candidates must currently be willing to work onsite. Therefore, we are only considering candidates who live within a commutable distance from our Perris, CA facility.
 
Position Responsibilities 
 
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs for warehouse training teams within the assigned region, ensuring uniform delivery of training standards.
  • Partner with local HR Managers and Regional HR Leaders to assess training needs and implement tailored programs.
  • Lead and evaluate training programs, identifying gaps and developing action plans to improve training effectiveness across worksites.
  • Organize and maintain OSHA-compliant training documentation and ensure refresher courses are scheduled and completed as required.
  • Conduct annual audits of training program compliance at each site, providing detailed evaluations and recommendations.
  • Provide coaching and development for warehouse teams and site leaders responsible for executing training activities.
  • Design, deliver, and manage training modules in Alchemy, UKG, and other learning management platforms to enhance training quality and consistency.
  • Travel nationwide to support and facilitate training for new worksite startups and special projects, ensuring the successful implementation of corporate training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and corporate teams to produce customized training content for warehouse employees.
  • Facilitate companywide programs, such as culture transformation and leadership development initiatives, tailored to operational needs.
  • Perform other related job duties as required, within the scope of training and expertise"
 
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engaging and effective training sessions, adapting to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
  • Must be flexible to travel regionally up to 75% and nationally as needed.
  • A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who carries themselves professionally in diverse environments.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and drive behavioral change.
  • Experience providing constructive coaching and feedback to individuals and teams.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards in a warehouse setting.
  • Operates effectively in majority warehouse setting, but can be effective in office environments, balancing operational and strategic priorities.
